Few companies can perform everything by itself. Very often we need some specific skills or knowledge to perform the IT project. What to do? We have several options. First of all, we can send our emplyees and train them. Advantages: they can do the similar projects in future. Disadvantages: training will take much time and probably the emplyees will lack experience or skills.
