How to be active

I'm fond of healthy way of living and that's why I prefer to attend gym at least 2 times a week – I like to train my body and to do various exercises on different groups of muscles. But now I can see my daily progress just on the screen of my iphone with the help of special application called iphone pedometer! I can see on the screen my daily exercise activities while training and while walking towards gym and towards home! That’s very convenient and encouraging to control my own success with the help of this mobile application.
