How to make training fun

It’s really hard for me to make myself do some exercises, though I understand that good shape is not just good look, it’s perfect health, and that’s really important these days, when we have to work long hours, sitting all day long in front of computers not moving much during the day. So being lazy, I’ve always tried to find some “simple” ways out. And you know what, I’ve found one! I’m talking about a new application created by Viaden Mobile - fitness for iphone.

The application includes 200 exercises, so every training is different from the previous one. Then if I have some difficulties I may consult professionals for guidance, thus I may listen to the instructions and even see the muscles involved in this or that exercise. What’s more- the app provides the report of my progress, so it makes the training even more stimulating!
